Insertion companies

Insertion companies

Are defined as “learning structures in commercial form whose aim is to provide disadvantaged groups access to employment through the development of productive activity, for which purpose an insertion process is designed where a conventional labour relationship is established over this same period”.

Their workforce must have a percentage of their workers inserted through this system, which will range from 30% to 60% depending on the Autonomous Community. Then, 80% of profits are reinvested in the company.
